Sparring session headed by Olympic Gold medallist Dongmin Cha. 

Day 1:

• Time: 12:00-5:00pm
• Outline: Footwork drills, Injury Prevention, Strength & Conditioning and Sparring.
• Eligibility: AT Membership + National Athlete License. 11+ years Red and Black Belts.
• Price: $25 per athlete

Day 2:

• Time: 10:00am-2:30pm
• Outline: Match Preparation, Match Management, Drills and Sparring.
• Eligibility: AT Membership + National Athlete License. 11+ years Red and Black Belts.
• Price: $25 per athlete

Key details:

• What to bring: All Athletes must wear T-Shirt, Full Dobok and Belt. Plus if you have sparring equipment please bring
• Location: Taekwondo Oh Do Kwan Port Kennedy
• Entries close: 5pm (AWST) April 26th
